A new series starts tonight (10th May 2010) at 10pm on Channel 4

Derren Brown takes off around the globe to uncover some extraordinary supernatural and psychic claims. He starts in Liverpool, meeting Joe Power, who claims the ability of communicating with the dead, including John Lennon. In the first episode, Joe comes face to face with Derren's discerning eye.

The Ghosthunter

Derren meets Lou Gentile, a top American ghost hunter who for the last 20 years, has been helping people rid themselves of unwanted ghostly companions. Lou not only claims that he can prove the existence of spirits, but that they are sometimes powerful enough to kill.

Derren does have a valid point, there was nothing it that program to suggest a clearance was needed. Lou Gentile the guy doing the ghost hunting really needed to get a better voice recorder, good recorders today are crystal clear with no interference at all.

Sadly Lou Gentile passed away after filiming.
