Hi Guidelight,
I just finish a dream and beforce i wake up my both arms was cramp down.
Before i open my eyes i seen far above me, i seen a symbol like white moon giving me
white beam. The symbol look like what appear on your guidelight image between your hand. On top of the background was whitelish violet colour.
When i tried to force myself to wake up, it sent a signal sound which i take the hint , it want me to lie down so i like on the bed for 15min then i wake up from my bed.
The signal sound is somethin i un understand.
Care to advise me what it mean ? and i quite sure this not a dream

Sorri for not explain clearly, arms refer to my both hand, from my hand to shoulder, cannot move, stay still.

Hi Heartlock I thought that's what you meant but wanted to be sure before answering, its sound like sleep paralysis there's a number of topics with more info on this, you can use the forum search function with search terms sleep paralysis using the Match exact phrase option.
Basically what happens is our mind suddenly becomes awake during sleep while are bodies our paralyzed, this is a natural occurrence which is supposed to stop us acting our dreams, although some people have a fault in this area which causes sleep walking. I personally hate sleep paralysis, but it can have some interesting benefits for people interested in the spirit dimensions, sometimes when our mind becomes awake during sleep we can become aware of spiritual beings, sometime in this state we can see or hear spirit and other weird sounds and sights, some hallucinations and some paranormal in nature, it often difficult to tell between the two, sleep paralysis can also trigger an OBE.
Sometimes during sleep paralysis some people often have a sensation of someone sitting on there chest, this is often known as the old Hag syndrome, where people often see an old women or witch sat on them, its difficult to prove this as actually being someone sitting on the chest as the weight sensation is because of the paralysis itself and not someone sat on us, but since in sleep paralysis state we can see spirit like I mentioned so this is difficult to prove either way.
