My husband of the last 22 years and myself have an amazing amount of coincidences in our lives.
My parents and his parents both married on the exact same day in 1951. Infact, they probably appeared on the same marriage announcement page of the local newspaper. Although my husband and I grew up 30 miles apart.
My husband and I were both born in 1953 and if you take both of our dates of births and reduce them down to a single number - we both go down to no. 1.
We both just have one sibling. Both a younger sister with the same name.
Both of us have maternal grandmother's with the same maiden name.
Now, I have always just assumed that it was just a freaky coincidence - but perhaps there is more to it than that?

Hi psychicdust its always difficult with things like this, OK so you're parents were married on the same day, what does this really mean? I think thats the point what exactly does it mean if anything at all. Is it a past live connection of some sort, maybe its really hard to say.
What effect has you're parents marrying on same day and the same year had on your life or your partners life? has there really been anything significant to make those dates stand out other than they are the same? I suppose if you wanted to to you could go even deeper and see if there are any other similarities at all, like places where they lived, place names, house numbers etc.
Theres something that used to happen to me all the time, there is a post about it somewhere, but its kind of relevant here. I used to wake up at 2.22am every morning, why? I'm not really sure the only thing I could related it to was a date to do with my Great Grandfather, was it him letting me know he was there, or just my body clock playing up, hard to say.

I have a fair few coincidences in my life, especially with the number 13. It can be found here in numerology
I remember talking to someone online, who was the same age as me, we had ben on holiday to the same area in North Wales at more or less the same time. but I odn't count these as being significant.
I could say about my boyfriend now.... he is not quite as tall as my dad, but he has the same dark hair,same mannerisms. Between my parents there was 8 years in age difference, which is the exact same between myself and my boyfriend. I do think we are attracted to a likeness of ourselves and that things in each others life may mirror the other persons without even realising it.
If you look even deeper into things...... think about twins who have been seperated at birth, being brought up not knowing each other, could that be classed as coincidence that they lead more or less identical lives or is there something deeper there?
