I finally had an opportunity to visit a clairvoyant.
I took a cassette to tape the session but it just didnt work out - too much hissing and cannot hear the dialogue so sadly I dont remember everything and others couldnt hear the conversation.
To be brief she told me (and this was all through using tarot cards) that she felt my boyfriend was wrong for me (felt he was cold-hearted) which he can be, but saw a 'nordic-looking man with brown hair and green eyes' will come into my life and i would have to choose between the 2 men.
She asked me if I had children, of course I dont, but she said she could see 2 children, a boy and a girl and they will be twins. She told me to be assertive as there was a blonde woman who is causing problems (this was work related, hence my post A dreadful first half of 2007). My cousin was present with me and she said the clairvoyant said there was to be a job change (i didnt hear this at the time)
I asked about family members and showed her a photo of my grandfather (maternal side)- she said she could see the color green, she also said he was so loving and caring and that he visits me often in my room. She asked me if I wanted to feel his heartbeat and she took my hand and cusped hers around mine and I felt a very faint beat. She also mentioned the name Mary, but I told her there was no name like that in my family, but then mentioned Maria and I replied that was my grandmother (paternal side) and she said she too visits me in my room. (wonder if mary and maria could be same name in different languages?)
I cant seem to remember much more but if I do, I will follow it up here. It was great and she was quite spot on - I give her 75-80% accuacy. I will return to see her in November/December.
EDIT: oooppps - did I post in the wrong section???? Thought I was in the general discussion section of anything, not divination.  
I have remembered a couple of things but because i cannot reply to my own topic, I have to add them onto this posting.
When my cousin and myself entered the clairvoyant's house, she asked us if we were sisters (we dont look alike) and my cousin replied we were cousins. The clairvoyant proceeded to tell us that we have been sisters before and will continue to do so. My cousin is in her 5th life and I am in my 4th (always thought I was a young soul) - I will return in my next life without my cousin and the following, we will be sisters again.
I also asked her about my spirit guide and who it was and her only reply was 'birds' - i have had some birds come near me and fly away but there was no specific details about it - birds are my spirit guide. Sadly, this information doesnt tell me much as I am quite edgy about touching them and going too near them, depending on the species.
My cousin on the other hand has a old woman spirit guide who is (i think it was) American Indian - she gave a name but I cannot remember now.
Id like to know why my spirit guide is more 'general' and my cousin's more specific?
Ill keep thinking of anything else to share.

Im happy that you had a good experience with the lady you went to see,i know of an indepth tarot reader who lives about 4 miles from me she uses a crystel ball runes, playing cards, and the tarot all in one reading, she recommends that you take someone with you when you go and see her, so they can write down what she says.
my sister in law went i went with her and i wrote down for her.
ask if she minds if you do that, then you have got a record of what was said,

We did do that but my hearing isnt as good as it used to be i didnt pick it all up for my cousin but she did write a bit more for me than i was able for her.
i found the notes with the cassette - she also noted that:
- People boss me around  - that i am too generous with people
- I have a beautiful heart and the need to be around people
- She picked up i was going on a trip that I would meet 2 people - i only met one when i was there, and one online when i was downloading a song - not in communication now.
- My driving is my aggression at people
- and I will live to 80-90 years
Found also in my notes that my cousin's guide is Assura - very nice name
I do look forward to returning as she was very very good in my opinion - problem is I have to drive a good hour away to see her but it makes it worthwhile.
Does anyone have an idea about the birds things i mentioned in my first post?
