Just thought id share this experience with you all
I went to bed as usual last night, and felt spirit draw near (i usually get a buzzing/vibration kind of feeling when they get close, so the stronger it feels then the closer they are). I didnt call out as usual, but i did ask questions 'in my mind' I couldnt actually get anything other than i felt a male presence, so i thought id try and get some sleep. I tossed and turned for a while but i just couldnt get to sleep, but always feeling this male presence near, so i thought id get up.
I sat on the bed for a while but i felt really strange....just sat there for ages, then i went for a walk around the room (odd, as i never do this kind of thing) then i went to the landing, into the bathroom, checked on the kids, back onto the landing and then back into my room. I walked to the end of the bed and saw steve asleep and what looked like me under the quilt only saw my hair as i was right under the quilt lol. Ive had OBEs before and everytime ive had them they have felt unpleasant, but this just felt 'normal' and relaxing and very safe.....i felt just like me and the surroundings were the same ect, and it actually felt like i had just checked on the kids .......the only wierd thing about it is (best i can describe) is that i was seeing it through different eyes?? and like i was floating rather than walking, a bit like when you are half asleep still.
When i see myself i usually freak out (with OBEs) but i just felt so calm this time, so i went for another walk round . This felt more controlled than an OBE. Im not saying this 'is' Astral travel, im just assuming it is from what i have read about them but if anyone thinks this could be something else then please let me know just so i know 'exactly' what i was experiencing last night..was very cool I hope it happens again, i might get to venture further next time......i did try to go downstairs but i couldnt (not sure why??)

It sounds like an OBE Peachy.......how very cool........ So glad you enjoyed the experience this time.........fingers crossed you have another pleasant journey next time. Do you remember going back inside your body?

Speaking from my own experiences of astral travel, i tend to go to different places hospital is one where i saw my friends dad pass over,i remember standing there with him looking at me,and the family saying who is he looking at .as soon as he passed i was back again only to pick the phone up, wasnt ringing for my friend to phone me to tell me that he passed so i told her that i knew as i was there.
that is only one that i have told u about.
When i get obe i feel a jolt when i come back,like a falling sensation etc.

usually when i have an OBE, the 'returning back' is such an unpleasant feeling. I always wake up feeling like theres electric volts going through my body and im actually jolting whilst doing so, this is what makes me think that it wasnt an OBE as they tend to be an unpleasant experience, whereas this wasnt.....I felt ok when i returned back. I remember feeling fine returning back, opened my eyes, smiled, then closed my eyes again and then drifted off to sleep.
Oh one thing i forgot to mention was, that when i was going back to sleep (after i had returned) i felt something heavy on my feet, as if someone was sitting on them. I sat up and had a look, as i thought the cat might have jumped on the bed, but i realised that she was outside for the night..nothing else was there and everyone else was in bed asleep. I did feel that the spirit person was still around as i could feel their energy near, but not as close as they were before it happened.
Usually, when ive had these experiences, i have always had a visit from spirit before hand, i dont always know who it is, but there always seems to be someone around prior to it happening. Does anyone know if this has a significant/specific meaning or not?
